The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

In cooperation with our hosting providers, we try to protect databases as far as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or forgery.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) may involve security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect data against access by third parties.

Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is all information relating to a specific or identifiable individual. The data subject is the individual whose personal data is processed. Personal data processing covers any operation with personal data, regardless of the method or process used. This includes in particular the storage, disclosure, acquisition, erasure, recording, storage, alteration, destruction and use of data.

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation. Furthermore, where the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is applicable, we process according to the following legal bases:

·        lit. (a) : Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.

·        lit. (b) : Processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject and for the performance of related pre-contractual procedures.

·        lit. (c) : Processing of personal data as required by a legal obligation to fulfill a legal obligation under the applicable legislation of the European Union or of any country to which the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in whole or in part.

·        lit. (d) : Processing of personal data for the purpose of protecting the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.

·        lit. (f) : Processing of personal data to safeguard the legitimate interests of us or third parties, where the fundamental rights and freedoms and interests of the data subject do not prevail. Our legitimate interests are in particular our business interests in providing our website, ensuring information security, enforcing our own legal claims and complying with Swiss law.

We process personal data for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or purposes. If there are longer retention obligations due to legal or other obligations, we will limit the processing accordingly.

This website uses the web analytics service Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (for users in the EEA and Switzerland: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse the behaviour of visitors to the website. The information generated about your use of this website (including IP address, device data, location data and user behaviour) is usually transferred to Google servers in the USA and stored there. We use the IP anonymisation function so that your IP address is truncated by Google within Switzerland, the EU or the EEA before transmission. Information on Data Transfer to the USA

For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that for users located in Switzerland, tracking measures are in place that allow the US authorities to store all personal data generally transferred from Switzerland to the US.

This is done without any differentiation, restriction or exception on the basis of the purposes monitored and without any objective criterion that would make it possible to limit the access and subsequent use of the data by the US authorities to very specific, strictly limited purposes that could justify interference with access and use of such data.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that there is no legal remedy in the US that would allow data subjects in Switzerland to gain access to the data concerning them and to request rectification or erasure of such data, nor is there any effective legal protection against general access rights of the US authorities. . We explicitly draw attention to this legal and factual situation so that data subjects can make an informed decision when consenting to the use of their data.

For users residing in European Union (EU) member states, we would like to point out that the United States does not provide a level of data privacy that complies with the data protection standards of the European Union.

Questions to the Data Protection Officer

If you have any questions regarding data protection, please contact us by e-mail or directly contact the responsible person indicated at the beginning of the privacy policy.

Will your data be forwarded?

In some processing operations, your data will be forwarded or there is at least the possibility that it will be taken note of. We have already mentioned this above in the privacy policy. We also use a data centre to host our website. We have carefully selected this data centre and concluded a contract for order processing.

What rights do you have?

When it comes to data protection, you have quite a few rights. There are several articles in the GDPR that only deal with this and we must inform you accordingly. The revDSG provides for similar rights, so you can use the following as a guide.

·        Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): if you no longer wish to accept something specific, you can request a restriction of processing (because you do not want a specific person to be able to see your data)

·        Data transfer (Art. 20 GDPR or Art. 28 revDSG): You can request that we hand over your data set to you or transfer it to a third party (e.g. because you would like to have an overview)

We have considered whether we may process your personal data. This applies in particular to all processing that takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. If you arease, however, we will explain to you why we cannot fulfil your right.

If you have given us your consent to process your data, you may withdraw (revoke) this consent at any time. You do not have to give a reason for this.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time (e.g. the FDPIC in Switzerland or a supervisory authority in the EU). of the opinion that we are not allowed to process a certain type of data, you can let us know. You can exercise your rights at any time. However, this does not mean that they will be fulfilled. For example, you cannot request the deletion of your data and be our customer at the same time. In such a c
