Mindful Manager Program

This program, developed based on the research-driven curriculum from the University of Oxford and the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF), helps you skillfully manage the inevitable stress, uncertainty and change processes in work life. It also supports you in achieving focus, flexibility, and balance in your professional life while contributing to the development of effective workplace relationships.

Who is this program for?


This program is suitable for all managers—from those new to mindfulness to those who have prior experience.


Program Format


📅 Pre-Program:

Introductory Session (45 min) – A guidance session to help participants understand how to maximize the benefits of the program.


📅 Main Program:

  • 90-minute online group sessions once a week for 6 weeks

  • The first session lasts 105 minutes with “Orientation


👥 Group:

  • Minimum 6, maximum 16 people


📌 Content:

  • Workplace-friendly mindfulness practices and cognitive exercises

  • Interactive, skill-building, and experiential learning sessions

  • Each session builds on the insights and experiences from the previous week


📂 Support Materials:

  • Guided audio recordings and booklets appropriate to the theme of the week

Mindfulness practices and exercises that encourage the application of learned skills to work life
