This program is suitable for all managers—from those new to mindfulness to those who have prior experience.
Program Format
📅 Pre-Program:
Introductory Session (45 min) – A guidance session to help participants understand how to maximize the benefits of the program.
📅 Main Program:
90-minute online group sessions once a week for 6 weeks
The first session lasts 105 minutes with “Orientation
👥 Group:
Minimum 6, maximum 16 people
📌 Content:
Workplace-friendly mindfulness practices and cognitive exercises
Interactive, skill-building, and experiential learning sessions
Each session builds on the insights and experiences from the previous week
📂 Support Materials:
Guided audio recordings and booklets appropriate to the theme of the week
